PART 2 OF MY CHRISTMAS

CHRISTMAS PART 2 !

This is the Library and the place to watch movies and football. This room has a very masculine  feel so the Christmas decor had to accommodate the room.

Pheasent and turkey feathers add a touch of the rustic out doors. Deer antlers are woven in to the decorating along with birds and roses made from the down town basket lady's.

My master bedroom is simple, pillows and wreaths !

The greenery above the bed lights up and adds a bit of cheer to the room.

Even the bathrooms need a little Christmas cheer!

ITS CHRISTMAS!

WELCOME!
It's my FAVORITE time of year!

MY PATRIOTIC CHRISTMAS WITH A LITTLE RED WHITE AND BLUE!

The coca cola crate adds a touch of whimsical fun to the vintage tree.

Paper whites are planted in pots to bring a touch of nature inside!

I use the clippings from my cedar tree to bring out all my décor but you can use what ever you have on hand.

A COLLECTION OF PAST AND PRESENT  SANTAS...................

I used an old trophy for a Christmas tree stand!

MY HUSBAND'S VINTAGE TRUCKS FOR THE GRANDKIDS
                                                           TO PLAY WITH..........

BLUE AND WHITE CHINOISERIE COLLECTION MAKE A PERFECT POP FOR
THE SIDE BOARD.

MY RED AND WHITE TREE IS MADE UP OF VINTAGE ORNAMENTS I GOT
FROM MY GRANDMOTHER AND SOME I PICKED UP FROM DIFFRENT
                  ANTIQUE STORES .

I LOVE TO DECORATE WITH RANDOM THINGS I FIND IN ANTIQUE AND THRIFT STORES

MY CORGI BABY IN THE PICTURE WITH A CROWN ON HIS HEAD IN THE MITST OF MY ENGLISH BUS COLLECTION. I KEEP THESE AROUND FOR THE GRANDKIDS TO PLAY WITH. WE LAUGH BECAUSE A COUPLE OF THE WEELS ARE MISSING NOW.

I ALWAYS ADD GERMAN OR SWEDISH CHOCOLATE AND A POPPER TO EACH PLACE SETTING FOR CHRISTMAS DINNER.

THE CHRISTMAS VILLAGE IS SET UP SO THE GRANDKIDS CAN PLAY WITH IT .OVER THE YEARS WE HAVE HAD THINGS BREAK BUT THATS WHY THEY MAKE GLUE!

THIS IS THE PASTEL ROOM. I WANTEED TO HAVE A SOFT SPARKLE USING A LOT OF THE SAME COLORS THAT WERE USED WHEN DECORATING THIS ROOM.

I USE A LOT OF TRAYS TO GROUP THINGS TOGETHER, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A TRAY JUST USE A PLATTER.

MAKING CHRISTMAS TREES OUT OF VINTAGE JEWELRY IS AN EYE CATCHER.

THIS PASTEL TREE REMINDS ME OF BEING IN CANDY LAND.

MY HUSBAND AND I MADE THIS SANTA A LONG TIME A GO. I CHANGE HIS COLOR FROM TIME TO TIME AND ADD EXTRA SPARKLE.

I MADE THIS WREATH OUT OF VINTAGE ORNAMENTS.

A CLOSE UP OF THE PASTEL TREE.

HAVE FUN DECORATING, DONT FORGET THE MUSIC AND TAKE YOUR TIME
AND ENJOY THE PROCESS! JOIN ME NEXT TIME FOR THE SECOND HALF OF MY CHRISTMAS.
